Enjoy lunch with the stunning views of Batur's mountain lake followed by a moderately challenging afternoon walk across fields of volcanic ash and lava, all the way to the crater active from 1969-1999 where we cook by volcano steam vents and enjoy the sunset before descending as the sky darkens to a starry night.

This trek is perfect for those who are not earlybirds and want to enjoy the landscape later in the day. It is an adventure suitable for the whole family and children are welcome to join.
