Safety
Safety is our number one priority. On each of treks, we provide an experienced, professional guide for every 2-3 trekkers. This is not only to ensure that everyone’s questions get answered, but also to ensure that everyone has an expert looking out for them at all times. The fitness level of each participant is assessed by our guides, and extra stops or additional help is provided when required.
We strongly advise you to let us know if you have any medical conditions which may affect you during the trek.
The description of each trek on our website includes the recommended ages for each trek. Please go to the page of the trek that you are interested in booking and see which ages that trek is suitable for. If you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch directly.
Our insurance policy covers participants aged 6-65 years. We advise that you also check if your own insurance policy covers trekking activities.
